This dynamic position is with a reputable and established HR consultancy based in the heart of Manchester. You will be part of a team providing legally compliant HR and Employment Law solutions to clients via telephone, addressing all aspects of HR to meet each client's business needs. As an HR Advisor, you will take on a diverse and impactful role, offering opportunities to advance your HR career while making a positive difference to businesses across Manchester and nationwide.
Main Responsibilities of the HR Advisor:
- Stay up to date with the latest HR and Employment Law knowledge to ensure personal expertise is continually enhanced.
- Meet the performance standards within the established framework, providing high-quality, efficient advice to clients within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) through telephone-based support.
- Take ownership of cases, actively driving them to resolution while building strong rapport and relationships with clients during each interaction.
- Accurately document all advice provided in the bespoke internal system, ensuring full responsibility for ongoing cases.
- Direct clients to pre-prepared documents and letters available in the HR software as needed.
- Review client documentation during call advice, offering feedback and guidance while considering their internal terms and conditions for each case.
- Adhere to internal protocols for managing and escalating cases, ensuring smooth handovers and high-quality service.
- Present clients with recommendations for other products and services offered, suggesting appropriate options where relevant.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of employment law and HR matters to effectively manage complex, end-to-end cases.
- Provide support to new Consultants joining the business as requested.
- Deliver training sessions to colleagues and clients when needed.
- Conduct Welcome Calls with new clients, introducing them to the software, services, and products.
- Perform other tasks as deemed necessary by the Management Team.
Essential requirements of the HR Advisor:
- Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with our clients
- A "can-do" attitude, a thirst for knowledge and the ability to communicate knowledge effectively within the team and to our clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management skills ability to manage own caseload.
- A dynamic and flexible approach, as well as the ability to work under pressure.
- Pride in delivering a high-quality service and genuine desire to own, lead and resolve issues for clients by providing efficient, pragmatic solutions
- CIPD Lv.5 and above is desirable, although not essential to be considered - study support to further progress your HR career is given upon completion of the probation period.
