HR Advisor (Interim)

Manchester City Centre

6 weeks Interim

Day rate equivalent to £35,000 per annum

Urgent requirement for a HR Advisor to join our client based in Manchester City centre on a temporary basis for 6 weeks.

This role requires an experienced HR Advisor that has the capabilities to support with Employee Relations activity within the business. This will include supporting and advising managers on ER cases including Probation reviews, Investigations, Absence/Sickness and Disciplinaries. You will attend and take notes during HR meetings and be on hand to support the manager through the process.

You will be working as part of the wider People team alongside a very supportive and collaborative bunch of people. This role is to provide Interim cover for a Team Member and there will be a need to hit the ground running quickly, of course with full support from the team.

This is a temporary role for 6 weeks with a rate equivalent to £35,000 per annum. If you are available immediately then please apply today!
