- Manager Support: Act as the first point of contact for managers, providing support on HR policies, processes, and best practices to ensure alignment with the wider group strategy and operational goals.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with line managers, understanding their needs and challenges, while providing tailored HR solutions to improve team performance and engagement.
- HR Projects: Support HR projects and initiatives, including talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
