What You'll Do:

  • Deliver 1st to 3rd-line support across a busy environment, focusing on troubleshooting and ticket updates.
  • Work on IT projects, hardware repairs, and manage ITIL-based processes.
  • Handle starters, leavers, movers, printers, Intune, Azure, and general IT frameworks.
  • Troubleshoot servers, patch systems, and roll out applications.
  • Provide efficient and professional support while blending seamlessly with the team.
  • Update users and documentation as needed.
  • Enjoy a hybrid working setup (1 day from home weekly once onboarded and set up).
  • Participate in a light on-call rota (1 in 12 weeks).

About You:

  • Experience: 5+ years in 1st and 2nd Line Support, ideally in an MSP environment.
  • Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities, familiarity with ITIL practices, and experience with Intune, Azure, and hardware lifecycle management.
  • Personality: A professional, team-oriented individual who thrives in a busy setting.
  • Added Bonus: Experience with project delivery and an aptitude for jumping into technical challenges.
