We are delighted to be working with an employer of choice based in Manchester. They are recruiting for an experienced IT Support Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the day-to-day delivery of the IT functions
  • Working with colleagues across multiple offices nationally
  • Seeking ways to improve IT to solve wider company issues
  • Ensuring processes and procedures are in place
  • Travelling to other office when required
  • Being responsible for the IT Support team across two locations
  • Being responsible for technical development projects

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Experience in delegating tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of document management and customer relationship management systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft operating systems
  • Good understanding of hardware
