HR Information Analyst
South Manchester (Hybrid working)
£35,000 Per annum - £45,000 Per Annum
Our client, an independent not-for-profit organisation, is seeking to appoint an experienced HR Information Analyst to join their team based in South Manchester. You will be joining a supportive and collaborative team with a hybrid agile working - normally 2 days in the office.
This role will report into the HR Systems Manager and involve:
- Producing regular and ad-hoc reports, analysis and data to enable business decision making.
- Offer HRIS support and guidance to end users while providing training to the business as needed.
- Supporting the delivery of the HR programme in line with organisational values.
- Consistently delivering exceptional customer service while driving the achievement of strategic goals
- Support system enhancements and operational needs as required."
Skills and experience required:
- Extensive experience as a Data Analytics Specialist within a fast-paced HR environment.
- Strong ability to independently query, manipulate, analyze, and interpret data.
- Proven experience collaborating with business teams to integrate data-driven insights into decision-making.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a keen interest in understanding business challenges and evaluating the impact of analytical work.
- Ability to document business requirements and drive delivery in an agile environment.
- Proficiency in reporting and data visualization tools, particularly Microsoft Power BI.
Solid experience of using Business Objects and/or iTrent, Power BI, MS SharePoint, MS Flow and MS Forms is advantageous in this role.
