HR Information Analyst

South Manchester (Hybrid working)

£35,000 Per annum - £45,000 Per Annum

Our client, an independent not-for-profit organisation, is seeking to appoint an experienced HR Information Analyst to join their team based in South Manchester. This people focused employer, firmly holds their values at the core of everything they do. You will be joining a supportive and collaborative team with a hybrid agile working - normally 2 days in the office.

This role will report into the HR Systems Manager and involve:

  • Producing regular and ad-hoc reports, analysis and data to enable business decision making.
  • Offer HRIS support and guidance to end users while providing training to the business as needed.
  • Supporting the delivery of the HR programme in line with organisational values.
  • Consistently delivering exceptional customer service while driving the achievement of strategic goals
  • Support system enhancements and operational needs as required."

Skills and experience required:

  • Extensive experience as a Data Analytics Specialist within a fast-paced HR environment.
  • Strong ability to independently query, manipulate, analyze, and interpret data.
  • Proven experience collaborating with business teams to integrate data-driven insights into decision-making.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a keen interest in understanding business challenges and evaluating the impact of analytical work.
  • Ability to document business requirements and drive delivery in an agile environment.
  • Proficiency in reporting and data visualization tools, particularly Microsoft Power BI.

Solid experience of using Business Objects and/or iTrent, Power BI, MS SharePoint, MS Flow and MS Forms is advantageous in this role.
