As a 2nd/3rd Line Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimising their robust IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Role responsibilities:
- Resolve complex technical issues across hardware, software, and networks.
- Maintain and optimize IT infrastructure for performance and reliability.
- Ensure system security and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate on deploying and supporting new technologies.
- Support and mentor junior members of staff
- Liase with 3rd parties when applicable
Technical requirements:
- Azure / Azure Virtual Desktop
- VMWare
- Office 365 & Applications
- VoIP / Connectivity
- Routers and Switch installations
- Firewall configurations
- Network setups
