The Role
As a Junior Test Analyst, you will collaborate closely with the QA and Development teams to ensure the quality of cutting-edge software solutions. You'll also work alongside a senior member of the team, providing valuable mentorship and support to accelerate your career development. This role offers the perfect opportunity for someone with at least six months of relevant experience to build on their knowledge and progress in their testing career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use test and issue tracking tools like YouTrack or Jira.
- Conduct exploratory, regression, functional, and user acceptance testing.
- Plan and execute manual test cases.
- Identify key functionalities, edge-case scenarios, and complex test conditions.
- Write and document test plans, scripts, and processes.
- Clearly articulate technical problems to customers with varying technical understanding.
Preferred Skills and Experience
It would be advantageous to have:
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- ISTQB Foundation-level certification.
- Familiarity with test automation tools like Cypress and API testing with Postman.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript.
- Experience with platforms like Totara or Moodle.

- GCSE Maths and English at A*-C or equivalent.
