CK Group are recruiting for an Inventory Support Specialist to join a diagnostics company, working field based in the Manchester area. This is a contract role for 12 months.


Salary:

Up to 23.08 PAYE or up to 30.62 UMB


Inventory Support Specialist role:
  • Oversee the implementation of Optimall Inventory across the Manchester Foundation Trust as part of the Laboratory Managed Service Contract.
  • Ensure the customer has excellent training to enable full use of the solution.
  • Identify training and resource plans to enable sustained usage of the tool.
  • Employ change management methodologies to support uptake of the system.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance records to enable constructive feedback.
  • Review data to identify optimal stock levels to ensure KPI and customer requirements are aligned.
  • Review the data generated from the system in regards to stock levels and implement actions accordingly.

Your Background:
  • Qualified in a technical/scientific field preferably, with an interest in IT systems Service, or have equivalent working knowledge.
  • Previous experience working in NHS organisations/departments (pathology, pharmacy or procurement).
  • Ability to simplify information and present to a variety of audiences.
  • Full UK/EU (or equivalent) driving license.
