Our client is a manufacturer of identification and inspection products for industrial equipment. We have offices located in the UK, USA, Netherlands, Germany and Australia.
We are looking for a Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator for our busy sales office in Trafford Park.
This a varied roll encompassing administration duties such as invoice processing, along side daily shipments and store management. The ideal candidate will be used to a fast paced workplace and have excellent communication skills. For this role you will need to active across the picking and packing elements of the warehouse and comfortable using IT/Software such as Apps, Excel and Web based programmes (training will be provided)
Key Responsibilities
- Warehouse management
- Coordinating UK and international shipping
- Packing and picking orders
- Communicating with customers over phone and email to support the sales team
- Stock audits
- General admin duties
Key Criteria
- Warehouse/Logistics Experience
- Experience with Quickbooks and Excel
- Ability to work on their own initiative
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisation skills
Benefits/Hours of work
- 36.5 hours per week
- Monday to Thursday 8-4.30pm, Friday 8-3pm
- Early finish on a Friday
