Town Planner - Manchester

We are currently working with an independent Planning Consultancy based in Manchester who are seeking a talented and motivated Town Planner to join their dynamic team.

The team specializes in managing and delivering complex planning applications and Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) for developer clients. With a diverse skill set and experience, they successfully oversee a wide range of large-scale strategic developments across the country, alongside numerous smaller projects. Known for their commitment to going the extra mile, the team ensures clients can rely on them to deliver exceptional results, no matter the size or complexity of the project.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Relevant Honours Degree, Master's Degree, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in planning consultancy and/or within a Local Planning Authority, with a solid understanding of planning applications (ideal).
  • Full membership with the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a proven ability to work with accuracy and consistency.
