Your new companyOur client is a reputable insurance law firm with offices nationwide. They are recruiting a Catastrophic Injury Lawyer with high-value RTA experience to join their Manchester office. This is a hybrid role where you can expect an interesting caseload and a competitive salary. Your new roleThis Catastrophic Injury Lawyer role will see you assisting 2 lead lawyers on complex, high-value multi-track RTA claims with a minimum value of £100,000. This role also includes the need to engage with sophisticated senior solicitors and long-standing insurer clients. You will be asked to attend court, trials and settlement conferences as required. What you'll need to succeedYou should be a qualified solicitor or lawyer, but those qualified through experience will also be considered. Previous experience of high-value multi-track RTA claims is essential. Applicants from a defendant background are preferred but claimant solicitors/lawyers are encouraged to apply. You must have experience of indemnity, liability and quantum. This role requires strong advocacy skills.
