Your new companyOur client is a reputable law firm with offices across the North of England. They are currently recruiting into their clinical negligence department during a period of growth. They are looking for qualified solicitors or chartered legal executives with 0-4 years PQE to join their Manchester office. This is a full-time position, however, they may also be open to part-time on a 4-day basis. Your new roleThis Clinical Negligence Lawyer role will see you handle your own caseload of clinical negligence cases from inception to trial. You will be asked to assist on a variety of clinical negligence claims of a fast and multi-track nature. There is the opportunity to assist senior team members on more complex, high-value matters, including amputation, misdiagnosis, and birth injury. What you'll need to succeedYou should be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with previous experience handling your own caseload of clinical negligence claims. Applicants with 0-4 years PQE experience will be considered. While ideal candidates are preferable, those qualified through experience may also be considered. Previous experience using Proclaim case management software is ideal.
