Our client is recruiting an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor to join their first-class Manchester based team. You'll work on vital aspects such as drafting deputyship applications for property and affairs, statutory wills, gift and care applications, and managing OPG accounts. If you have a strong understanding of the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and experience in property purchases, this role is an exciting fit.
This position will also give you the chance to delegate to paralegals and support staff, as well as participating in marketing initiatives by contributing to blogs and media commentary. The role will also consist of producing complex documents, briefs and witness statements, and spearheading client meetings and negotiations.
