This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor with experience or a strong interest in housing law, to work alongside a respected team, providing specialist legal advice.Candidate Profile/Experience NeededThe ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience in disrepair or housing condition claims, with a good understanding of property and social housing law.
  • Proven experience representing clients in litigation and housing-related claims, including advocacy in County Court.
  • Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and provide clear, solution-focused legal advice.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex legal issues for clients.
  • Experience advising landlords on housing management matters, such as ASB and breach of tenancy injunctions.
  • A proactive and independent approach to managing a caseload, with strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team and mentor junior staff.
