- Experience in disrepair or housing condition claims, with a good understanding of property and social housing law.
- Proven experience representing clients in litigation and housing-related claims, including advocacy in County Court.
- Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and provide clear, solution-focused legal advice.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex legal issues for clients.
- Experience advising landlords on housing management matters, such as ASB and breach of tenancy injunctions.
- A proactive and independent approach to managing a caseload, with strong organisational and time-management skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team and mentor junior staff.
