Description
The Legal Counsel will be:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements, including tech, outsourcing, and supplier contracts.
- Advising on contractual risks and mitigating exposure for the business.
- Supporting internal stakeholders on legal aspects of high-value deals.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Managing relationships with external legal advisors as needed.
Profile
The Legal Counsel should be:
- A solicitor or equivalent with 5+ PQE.
- Experienced in drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts.
- Skilled at advising on legal risk in commercial agreements.
- Collaborative, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Knowledgeable in telecoms or technology sectors (preferred but not essential).
