Eventus Legal is seeking a Litigation Executive to join an award-winning organisation that provides services to SMEs nationally. The incoming Litigation Executive will be assisting clients with early conciliation and tribunal matters. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Manchester. Role Responsibilities

The incoming Litigation Executive will have a genuine interest in employment law and keen to manage their own caseload of matters and be responsible for their own clients. With a great focus on client service and an empathetic attitude, you will want to naturally help clients through a difficult time. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Manage around 25 + tribunal and early conciliation matters
  • Conduct preliminary hearings by telephone
  • Draft responses, witness statements and relevant applications
  • Create bundles and deal with all aspects of document disclosure
  • Discuss the merits of a case
  • Achieve commercially favourable settlements

Person Specification

Applications are sought from articulate and confident law graduates. The organisation is also looking for the following skills and experience:

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Outstanding communication skills and high professional standards
