Fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor to join this Top 50 practice and form part of a fantastic Tier 1 Pensions & Employment team that works across the entirety of the UK and deal with clients on a national & international basis. Ideally you will be a trainee solicitor with exposure to Pensions during your training contract, or a Pensions Solicitor with experience of working on your own caseload. You will be expected to work with a range of corporate clients and provide comprehensive advice relating to pension schemes and arrangements, including defined benefit and defined contribution schemes, as well as restructurings and winding up, buy-in and buy-out projects, and pensions Litigation. You will be dealing with a broad range on Pensions matters but will have the opportunity to advise in relation to more than 200 occupational pension schemes, ranging from £1m to more than £2 billion in size. You will be working for one of the most flexible & agile firms in the UK, that have had flexible working policies in place for a decade. The majority of staff split their time between home & the office, usually on a 50/50 basis with scope to start & finish at a suitable time to accommodate your personal life.
