Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a range of cases, including road traffic accidents, employer and public liability, contractual and property disputes.
- Provide clear legal advice, ensuring clients fully understand their rights and options.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as claims, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
- Represent clients in court, mediation, and negotiations, advocating effectively on their behalf.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategy.
- Liaise with clients, third parties, and other legal professionals to progress cases smoothly.
- Stay updated on relevant legislation, case law, and industry developments.
- Support the firm’s business development efforts, including networking and reputation-building.
- Adhere to professional standards, regulatory requirements, and firm policies.

The Person
- Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 2+ years of PQE in personal injury and civil litigation.
- Proven experience in managing a broad caseload with minimal supervision.
- Strong advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficient in legal research, drafting, and case management software.
- Excellent client care skills, with a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A proactive team player who works well with colleagues across the firm.
