Service Care Solutions is currently working alongside a forward-thinking local authority based in Greater Manchester. They are looking for a SeniorChildcare Lawyer to join their expanding legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to work amongst legal experts and progress your career.
This role pays a competitive rate of £45-£55 an hour, depending on experience.
Responsibilities as a senior childcare lawyer:
- Able to handle high caseload in childcare cases from start to completion.
- Preparing Legal documents and correspondence.
- Advocacy skills to represent the Council in contested proceedings.
About you as a senior childcare lawyer:
- Qualified with at least 3 years of experience in child care law
- Drafting Legal documents to a high-quality standard
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
