Are you ready to take your career to the next level? I am seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Legal Secretary to join a growing team in Sharston, with a competitive salary of £25-27k per annum. Diverse Responsibilities: No two days are the same! You'll be at the heart of the legal operations, assisting multiple Fee Earners with a variety of tasks beyond just typing and file management. From preparing bundles to arranging meetings and conferences, your role will be dynamic and engaging.

Specialised Streams: You'll have the opportunity to specialise in one of the key areas: Road Traffic Accidents, Employers’ Liability, Occupiers & Public Liability, or Clinical Negligence. Dive deep into your chosen field and become an expert!

Client Interaction: Be the friendly voice our clients trust. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, making a real difference in their experience with them.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with their talented team of secretaries and the administration team, supporting each other to achieve excellence.

What I'm Looking For:

Experience: You have demonstrable experience as a Legal Secretary and are ready to bring your skills to the team.

Attention to Detail: Your strong comprehension of English spelling, punctuation, and grammar ensures accuracy in all correspondence and documents.

Tech-Savvy: You're IT literate and eager to help update their Proclaim case management system.

Salary, Hours and Benefits:· Salary is £25,000 to £27,000, dependent on experience.· Our standard working hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday-Thursday and 8:30am to 5pm Friday.· 3/2 hybrid working pattern after probation.· 23 days holiday a year, rising to 26 days, plus public/bank holidays.· Extra day’s holiday for your birthday after 2 years’ servic· 3 holiday buy backs per year after 1 year of service· Private medical insurance after 2 years’ service.· Enhanced Maternity leave payment if you have over 1 year’s tenure, further enhanced at over 4 years’ service.· Death in service· 24/7 onsite Gym access· Netball/Football team, 10km Manchester team and more· Active social committee with generous departmental and firm-wide social budget.· Active training culture and various groups and events such as Diversity and Inclusion.
