Our client, a leading property investment company, is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to drive lead generation through compelling content. With a vast library of high-quality materials at your disposal, you'll create engaging campaigns across multiple platforms, from short-form copy to in-depth guides and brochures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft compelling short and long-form content, including guides, brochures, and investor-focused materials.
  • Leverage a wealth of existing content to create high-performing campaigns that engage key audiences.
  • Manage content distribution across multiple platforms to maximise reach and impact.
  • Plan and execute online and in-person events, including webinars and investor meetups.
  • Design high-converting landing pages optimised for engagement and conversion.
  • Analyse performance metrics to extract meaningful insights and continuously improve campaigns.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Support broader business initiatives, ensuring marketing is a key driver of company growth.
  • Handle general marketing administration to ensure smooth operations.

What We're Looking For:

  • A proven track record in digital marketing, content creation, and lead generation.
  • Strong copywriting and content writing skills, with experience in producing engaging marketing materials.
  • An analytical mindset, able to interpret data and identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, such as an agency background.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or Pardot is a plus but not essential.
  • Experience working with external agencies is beneficial.
  • A natural growth mindset - always looking for ways to improve and innovate.
  • Excellent communication skills, from crafting high-converting copy to presenting key insights.
  • A creative thinker who brings fresh ideas and is eager to take ownership of projects.
