Our client are an ambitious and growing organisation focused on delivering exceptional services within employment solutions. With a strong commitment to innovation and collaboration, they strive to enhance client and candidate experiences and drive business growth through effective marketing strategies. As a Marketing Campaign Executive, you will play a key role in delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns for two group businesses. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will collaborate with sales and commercial teams to implement initiatives that engage customers and boost business performance. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven marketer to work across a broad range of activities from email marketing to paid media and events.

Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels for both businesses.
  • Manage email marketing, including customer segmentation and automation.
  • Support the creation, management, and optimisation of paid media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to maintain consistent messaging.
  • Maintain website content (WordPress) and update sales materials.
  • Assist in event coordination for internal and external events.
  • Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools, providing insights to enhance effectiveness.
  • Manage social media feedback and online reviews for the group.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing, with hands-on involvement in campaign management.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and email marketing, including automation.
  • Experience with paid social campaigns from setup to performance analysis.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work across teams.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, ideally in recruitment or technical services, and knowledge of Bullhorn CRM and Force24 is a plus.
  • Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS platforms is desirable.
