Marketing and Community Executive
Location: Manchester
Salary: 28k-35k
Hours: Monday to Friday


Grafton Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Marketing Executive in the Manchester area for one of their busy, growing clients. A business who are uniquely community-led with a customer first approach. This role includes playing an important role in the Marketing and Customer team. The perfect candidate will carry experience within the marketing/sales industry a long with a positive and can-do attitude.


The role:

  • Respond to social media comments
  • Be visible and lead across forums
  • Work closely with the CXM to ensure the voice of the customer is heard and informs their strategy
  • Manage member list / opt ins
  • Collaborate with Content and Social Media Manager to produce insightful blogs, articles, and other written content about the industry/business
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Managers to produce relevant materials for campaigns
  • Manage their member emails
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other events.
  • Compile and present reports on marketing metrics, campaign results, and budget expenditures to senior management
  • Play a role supporting role in developing and nurturing the company's online presence, including website updates, social media, and email campaigns


You will need:

  • Ideally some marketing/customer background (1-3 yrs)
  • Highly articulate / high intelligence / high confidence
  • Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
  • Used to analysing data / creating spreadsheets
  • Some sector knowledge would be a huge advantage but secondary
  • Strong academic credentials (university level / UG or PG) - degree is less relevant
  • Highly analytical and personable
