3PL & Logistics Coordinator

South Manchester (2 days at home / 3 in office)

£30,000 - £32,000 plus excellent benefits

Due to continued growth they now have an excellent opportunity for a 3PL / Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to join their offices in Didsbury.

Job Purpose:

To support the management of stock in 3PL warehouses

To support the smooth flow of goods by liaising closely with other teams within European Supply Chain.

Responsibilities:

  • Run and update daily stock reports for all 3PL warehouses.
  • Ensure alignment of stock in ERP system (M3) against reports.
  • Manage aged stock to minimize wastage.
  • Obtain and manage delivery slots into all 3PL warehouses.
  • Main lead for traceability.
  • Work closely with planning, logistics and customer service teams to maintain optimal stock level.

Key Skills

  • Experienced in a similar role - having worked with 3PL’s
  • Must be proficient in MS Office - strong Excel skills are a particular benefit.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Problem solving.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be an excellent team player.
  • Willingness to develop knowledge by undertaking training (paid for by the company) is desirable.
