Due to continued growth they now have an excellent opportunity for a 3PL / Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to join their offices in Didsbury.

Job Purpose:
To support the management of stock in 3PL warehouses
To support the smooth flow of goods by liaising closely with other teams within European Supply Chain.
Responsibilities:
- Run and update daily stock reports for all 3PL warehouses.
- Ensure alignment of stock in ERP system (M3) against reports.
- Manage aged stock to minimize wastage.
- Obtain and manage delivery slots into all 3PL warehouses.
- Main lead for traceability.
- Work closely with planning, logistics and customer service teams to maintain optimal stock level.
Key Skills
- Experienced in a similar role - having worked with 3PL’s
- Must be proficient in MS Office - strong Excel skills are a particular benefit.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Problem solving.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Must be an excellent team player.
- Willingness to develop knowledge by undertaking training (paid for by the company) is desirable.
