We seek a proactive and organised Office Manager to oversee daily operations, HR support, compliance, and office culture.

Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Management & Compliance
  • Maintain office upkeep, supplies, and security
  • Manage supplier relationships
  • Ensure health & safety compliance, including DSE checks, signage, drills, and first aid provision
HR & Finance Support
  • Manage onboarding, contracts, offer letters, and background checks
  • Oversee payroll admin, HMRC forms, and holiday tracking
  • Maintain Breathe HR platform and update policies
  • Support external audits and ESG reporting
  • Process invoices and draft customer billing in Xero
Culture & Events
  • Organise team outings, office events, and celebrations
  • Enhance workplace engagement and wellbeing
Communication & Coordination
  • Organise meetings, diary management, and internal reports
  • Support PR, investor relations, and DDQs post-sales
  • Arrange travel and logistics
Requirements
  • Experience in office management or administration
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HR systems (Breathe HR preferred), and Xero
  • Understanding of HR and compliance
  • Discretion and problem-solving mindset
