Description

  • Conduct thorough surveys of properties to identify damp and mould issues.
  • Provide detailed reports on property conditions and necessary repairs.
  • Recommend effective solutions to address damp and mould problems.
  • Work closely with the Property department to ensure that all properties meet safety standards.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with residents and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the organisation's property management processes.
  • Assist in the training of new team members, if required.

Profile

A successful Damp & Mould Surveyor should have:
