Red Recruitment is recruiting a Retention Manager in Manchester to join our client, an industry-leading EAP and OH provider and Sunday Times 'Best Places to Work' organisation. The salary for this position is 32,500 - 37,500 per annum.

You will be instrumental in the success of the business KPIs and ensuring the client's expectations are exceeded and business targets are met.

  • Salary: 32,500 - 37,500 per annum depending on experience + 20K performance related bonus, OTE 52,500 - 57,500
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (some flexibility may be required)

Key Responsibilities of a Retention Manager:

  • Monitoring, mentoring and motivating the team to ensure that they are supported in their role and performing to the best of their ability
  • Setting clear performance targets for the individual
  • Conducting quality checks and coaching sessions per person to ensure a timely renewal process
  • Supporting on request with client and broker meetings to discuss their renewals and upselling opportunities
  • Overcoming client retention challenges and problem-solving successfully

Key Skills and Experience of a Retention Manager:

  • You should have a proven track record in either a team leader or management role
  • Experience of working towards and achieving set targets and KPIs including daily and monthly SLAs
  • You should be committed and have the drive to succeed as well as being willing to show flexibility when required
  • Excellent communication skills, with a varying communication style depending on the audience
