They are currently looking for an experienced Physiotherapist who has experience with assessment and discharge planning in a busy acute medical environment.

Main duties of the job

  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, ensuring patient understanding and compliance.
  • Act as a key worker in rehabilitation, coordinating complex discharge planning and facilitating goal-setting meetings.
  • Provide specialised physiotherapy care for inpatients
  • Maintain accurate records of treatment and care, ensuring compliance with professional standards.

To be successful in applying for this role you will need:

  • Current relevant professional registration (HCPC Registration)
  • Enhanced DBS
  • Physiotherapist degree or equivalent
  • Experience working in a acute medical environment
