Role Overview:
As a Compliance Officer in our Manchester City Centre office, you will ensure regulatory compliance in the recruitment process for schools and educational settings. You'll manage compliance processes, analyse data, communicate requirements, and handle sensitive personal data with the utmost care.
We welcome applications from experienced Compliance Officers as well as those looking to start their career as a Trainee Compliance Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and company compliance standards.
- Oversee compliance processes to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
- Analyse data to support effective decision-making.
- Communicate compliance requirements to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Manage sensitive personal data in line with GDPR and recruitment regulations.
