The Role:As the Head of Programme Management, you'll be responsible for overseeing large-scale technology programmes, ensuring strategic alignment with client needs. You'll manage programme governance, mentor Project Managers, and drive best practices across delivery teams to ensure excellence in execution.

Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in programme/project management.
- Proven experience leading high-value, multi-stream programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including C-suite engagement.
- Deep understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
- Experience working within a technical consultancy or enterprise IT environment.
