Secondary Teachers Required

Humanities Teacher 

Stockport, Manchester

£130 to £200 per day 

Are you a Geography or History Teacher, with experience in UK Secondary schools? 

Are you looking for a new role with a January start date? 

Do you have a strong teacher presence and classroom management style? 

An established, outstanding Secondary school in Stockport, Greater Manchester, are looking for a Humanities teacher, with a Geography or History specialism, to teach long term.

This position is intially on a day rate basis, but after a twelve week trial period, the school may consider employing the teacher long term on salary. 

To be successful in your application, it is essential that you hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). We will accept applications from Early Career Teachers, but it is essential that you have had experience of teaching in the UK classroom. 

It is desirable that you already have a firm grasp of behaviour management strategies, using positive reinforcement and sanctions appropriately. You must have a passion for inspiring young children and for your subject area.
