The HLTA will also provide tailored support to students who are working at a lower level and need small group interventions.Lessons are activity based meaning no two days will be the same!This is a full-time role 8:30 am - 3:30 pm.Key Responsibilities:As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the teaching and learning process at our school. Your responsibilities will include:1. Delivering Lessons: Leading small groups or whole classes in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning.2. Curriculum Support: Providing additional support to students in various subjects, assisting them in achieving their academic potential.3. Behaviour Management: Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting good behaviour and discipline in line with school policies.4. Assessment and Reporting: Assisting with the assessment of student progress and providing valuable feedback to teachers.5. Individualized Support: Offering one-on-one support to students with special educational needs, adapting teaching methods as needed.6.
