We are recruiting for a fantastic temporary to permanent role for a Project Suppport Worker. This role is for an initial 3 months with the potential for permanent employment for the right candidate. This is a unique role where you would be helping to support young adults who are vulnerable in supported housing. This role would see you working with 8 youths who are of secondary school / college age with education / life skills. You would separate your working week between 4 houses in close proximity. The young people you will support will have EAL (English as an additional Language) but it is not essential that you speak additional languages as the facility promotes English speaking to help youths with language barriers. You would be expected to be able to work in a fast-paced enviornment and have a caring and nurturing working ethic. This role also provides full training for any gaps in knowledge or skills for successful candidates. The hours are 8:30am till 17:00pm - Monday to Friday. This is a 37.5 hours per week role. Successful applicants will be subject to vettings checks in line with Ofsted regulations.
