Full time, office based.
£12.21 per hour, paid weekly.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers. Your role will involve:
- Managing inbound and outbound customer queries
- Logging and processing information
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve customer queries
- Providing clear updates and support to customers throughout the process
- Handling administrative tasks
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in claims handling, insurance, booking in repairs or similar services.
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- A problem-solving mindset with excellent attention to detail
