Finance Manager
Location - Mansfield
Salary - up to £60,000 plus benefits
T2M Resourcing are recruiting a Finance Manager on behalf of a successful and growing services Company. As Finance Manager you will manage a small finance team and be a key member of the Senior Leadership team taking responsibility for management accounts, P&L, balance sheet and transactional finance.
As Finance Manager your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing management accounts and budgets to deadline
- Monitor and forecast cashflow
- Record financial transactions in accordance with business requirements
- Prepare financial statements
- Oversee the Credit Control function
- Improve and manage financial systems and policies
- Analyse financial performance and forecast longer term
- Annual Budgeting
- Provide financial analysis for strategic projects
To be successful in the role of Finance Manager you will demonstrate the following skills and attributes;
- A qualified Accountant (CIMA/ ACCA/ ACA or equivalent) ideally with a business services background.
- Ability to work with all levels of stakeholders both internal and external to build strong relationships
- Sound commercial knowledge
- Accuracy and attention to detail
