Savings Support Team Leader

Our client is a mortgages and savings provider, putting their customers at the heart of everything they do. Due to ongoing IT improvements within the business, their current Savings Operational Manager is becoming heavily involved in these projects, therefore, they require an individual to come on board and assist with the day to day responsibilities managing the central savings team. They envision this contract to be circa 12 months.

Duties will include:

  • Providing an exceptional customer experience in support of over 20,0000 savings customers and other savings teams.
  • Creating a motivated high performing team of savings specialists creating a function of savings experts.
  • Leading the team to consistently meet and exceed customer expectations and supporting the team to evolve, helping them to adapt and embrace change.
  • Be a champion for growth and personal development, completing monthly 121’s, identifying training needs, delivering training and development plans.
  • Strong stakeholder management, interacting and collaborating confidently with colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
  • Work closely with Branch Team Leaders, creating strong relationships and acting as united savings team.

They are seeking a strong team leader/manager, with previous financial services experience.

Your background doesn’t have to be savings specific (although this would be highly desirable) but does have to be within the financial services sector. The most important element for them, is having that strong, leadership background.

Our client operates a hybrid approach to the working week, with 3 days (two days must be Mondays and Tuesdays) and the remainder working remotely.
