Elevation Recruitment HR are excited to be partnering with one of our long standing clients based in Mansfield to help them recruit a Junior HR Business Partner on a 6 months fixed term contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor looking for that next step in their HR career. As a Junior HR Business Partner you will be reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner whilst supporting managers and employees within the retail industry for a global, well known business. Benefits include:

As a Junior HR Business Partner your duties will include:

  • Managing employee relations cases
  • Supporting with new store openings and store closures
  • Identifying strategies for employee engagement 
  • Succession planning and upskilling the management teams
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders reviewing and developing company processes
  • Supporting with the wider HR team including recruitment and L&D

This fully onsite role would also suit a junior candidate who is looking to elevate their career and focus on the strategic side of HR as the client offers lots of support and development, the ideal candidate will be a strong and confident HR professional who is comfortable advising on employment law and processes.
