Role Overview:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Repairs Administrator to assist with the management of repair requests and administrative tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls from tenants, filter calls to ensure appropriate action is taken.
  • Make bookings with tenants for surveying kitchen & bathroom appointments, follow up with letter to confirm appt, date and time.
  • Update spreadsheets with info
  • Update system with Call off documents, design and specification from Moore's.
  • Update QL with handovers from TLO's
  • Raise purchase orders/drawdowns as required in Civica.
  • GRN'D invoices for payment
  • Follow up queries with Creditors
  • Input Decoration Allowance on various spreadsheets and QL; Process through Civica
  • Check data and send information to Blueline Roofing as and when required.
  • General administration duties as directed by Management
  • Create purchase orders for suppliers and recruitment agencies
  • Process invoices through Civica
  • Minute meetings
  • Meet and greet contractors

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous administrative experience is a plus but not essential.
