Description

The Credit Controller will;

Administering credit control procedures and ensuring they are adhered to.
Managing customer accounts and ensuring timely payment.
Resolving customer queries related to payments and invoices.
Reporting on outstanding debts and working towards their resolution.
Maintaining accurate financial records and preparing reports.
Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth operation.
Working in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
Ensuring the confidentiality of financial information.

Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:

A background in Accounting & Finance, preferably within the FMCG industry.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent problem-solving, communication and negotiation skills.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
