Job Role:Production Team Leader
Reports to:Production Manager
Shift: Mon - Fri (6-2.30pm) , 1.30pm finish on a Friday
This is your chance to join one of the leading gingerbread manufactures in the UK, they are looking for a motivated Production Team Leader to join their already thriving team. You will be responsible for running the day to day production operatives ensuring production runs as seamlessly as possible.

- Be responsible for leading a team
- Have the ability to build meaningful relationships
- Responsible for shift efficiency ensuring production KPIs are met
- Ensuring the quality of all products is adherence with necessary regulations

Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience of working within a team leader/ managerial role is desired
- Previous experience within a manufacturing environment, specifically food
- Strong organisational skills
