Located in the charming town of Market Harborough we are seeking a proactive and organised general administrator on a temporary basis to join a dynamic team. Your new roleAs a General Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to multitask.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and other correspondence promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations
  • Assist with data entry and record-keeping
  • Provide support to different departments as needed
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain a clean and organised office environment
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
