Sales Support Administrator

£23,000 to £28,000pa d.o.e, LE16 7LT, 33 days annual leave, 9am till 5pm M-F, Pension, Training, Parking, Permanent, Immediate Start

Due to continued success and expansion plans, a head office location of a multi-branch establishment has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Administrator to join them. You will be providing administration support to a bespoke sales team, as well as the wider business when required, and B2B customers across the UK:

  • Answering all incoming calls from customers, managing initial enquiries
  • Directing customers to company website and advising location of documentation required to be completed
  • Importing and analysing completed documentations, liaising directly with customers in relation to any missing information required
  • Transferring mass intricate data onto Excel spreadsheets, receiving further data from sales team members and updating spreadsheets
  • Compiling information for reports for your team, and for other departments within the business
  • Providing support administration to your team on a daily basis, as well as assisting other departments with administration duties when required

We would expect the successful Sales Support Administrator to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office with intermediate/advanced Excel skills, be an excellent communicator have a friendly confident telephone manner, and an great eye for detail and pride yourself on your administration ability. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within sales administration, sales support or customer service administration position, ideally from a direct sales, or financial service environment.

You will be joining the Leicestershire Head Office of a company that been established for over 100 years, and has an enviable reputation in their field. Working directly with the Sales Team, this role offers variety on a daily basis.
