A new client to Sphereare looking to appoint a Setting Out Engineer with immediate effect.

This opportunity is in relation to the Conversion / Refurbishment of a Grade I Listed country estate in Wiltshire. A well known Hedge Fund Manager has bought the House and all associated land, which he will eventually turn into a 100 bedroom private residence.

Your new company are a luxury property specialist based in London, who operate extensively across the Home Counties and English Countryside for wealthy clients.

My client are looking for an experienced candidate,capable of undertaking duties such as Setting Out, QA, CAD, Surveys, and Asbuilt Drawings.

An Engineering Degree / Qualification and CSCS would be essential.

My client are happy to provide the Robotic Kit if required, or have this supplied by the individual. However pay rates will be dependant on this.
