Description
- Facilitate accurate and timely billing processes
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- Coordinate with clients to resolve any discrepancies or queries
- Perform account reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Maintain comprehensive records of all financial transactions
- Collaborate effectively within the Accounting & Finance department
- Continuously improve procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy
Profile
A successful Financial Accounts Receivable Specialist should have:
- A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage financial records
- Aptitude for problem-solving and resolving financial discrepancies
