This leading international consumer goods company are looking for a Warranty Administrator on a 2 month temporary contract to bring value to their Warranty team! They offer great company culture and the opportunity for growth. Thsi role has the potential to go permanent for the right candidate!They are looking for a candidate with Administration experience or worked within a similar role. What you will be doing: - Being a point of contact for customers ensuring their journey leads to satisfaction during product enquiries, returns, or exchanges.
- Ensuring all submitted documents are completed accurately, seeking to verify any missing information within an appropriate timeframe.
- Being accountable for ensuring all records are kept updated, and all orders are processed inline with current processes.
Who you are: - You will have previous experience within a Administration or Customer Service position
- You will have a self-motivated, passionate, and enthusiastic approach to work and provide excellent customer service.
- You will have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with an good attention to detail
