Our client is recruiting for a new and exciting position within their fast growing, multi-award winning organisation and brand.Due to continued growth, we are seeking a further team member within customer administration. All 3 members of the team previously have gone on to develop into other roles within the business. There will be training and on-going support in the position. This is a part time position working 12 hours per week Monday to Friday.
Key duties will include:
- Responsibility for all aspects of the day-to-day customer service procedures and office requirements
- To carry out the various duties e.g. sample sending, order entry, customer exchanges/refunds, email responses, social media responses to comments, Royal Mail postage
- Introducing and building rapport with existing and potential customers, by email and by telephone and in person events
Key requirements include:
- Strong communicator, confident with email, telephone and face to face communications with customers
- Confident with systems as role requires input and understanding of various systems and apps, as well as social platforms
- Team player, with flexibility to adapt to various tasks across the working week
