About the Accounts Administrator:

Our client is looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Support Administrator to provide exceptional support to our internal teams and suppliers. This proactive individual will be key in ensuring smooth administrative operations, resolving issues promptly, and upholding outstanding service standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills, with a strong commitment to delivering first-class customer service across a range of responsibilities.

What you will be doing as the Accounts Administrator:

  • Monitor and manage the general inbox, distributing items promptly.
  • Download invoices/statements from inboxes and portals.
  • Track and chase invoice approvals proactively.
  • Maintain organised filing and archiving systems for easy access.
  • Handle accounts payable phone inquiries with clear, timely communication.
  • Audit employee expenses for policy compliance and manage the expenses portal.
  • Resolve supplier and internal queries professionally and efficiently.
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks with initiative and a hands-on approach.

What we are looking for in the Accounts Administrator:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • Someone who has worked within an Accounts position. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating integrity and respect.
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in work.
  • Capable of handling and prioritising multiple tasks effectively.
  • Previous experience in finance or accounts payable is preferred.
