Description
As a Management Accountant you will be responsible for:
- Oversee and manage the entire accounting department.
- Develop and implement financial systems to support business growth.
- Prepare and present financial reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Conduct financial analysis to aid business decision making.
- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.
- Manage budgets and forecasts.
- Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in finance software and MS Office.
