Finance Business PartnerHybrid Role£45,000 - £50,000 South Derbyshire Eaton Syalon are partnering exclusively with a growing manufacturing business in Derbyshire to recruit a Finance Business Partner into the team. We're looking for a talented, commercially minded individual who wants to help shape key business decisions and contribute to the growth of the business. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in driving business growth, working closely with the Financial Controller on project based work
- Drive cost optimisation and identify opportunities for business growth and profitability
- Work with senior stakeholders to provide financial insights
- Deliver business performance reports and present the numbers to senior stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvements in cost efficiency and monitor operational performance against cost targets
- Deliver cost-focused financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Develop and maintain cost models to support pricing strategies, budgeting and forecasting
Person Profile:
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA finalist level or newly qualified
- Manufacturing experience desirable
- A strategic thinker with a background in finance and accounting
- A commercially aware individual who is keen to get out into the wider business to understand business needs, drive performance and efficiencies
- The ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels across a business
- Previous/current costing experience is desirable
